This October, we will be auctioning off one-of-a-kind artwork from Shriners Children’s patients to support our mission through our auction, Works of Heart. Throughout the month, we’ll be introducing some of the artists who painted these pieces as we work to raise funds for our mission.
Meet Chloe from Shriners Children’s Shreveport.
Chloe loves riding her pony and playing with her dogs. Born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, she’s been receiving care at Shriners Children’s Shreveport for several years and has made incredible progress. With more procedures ahead, Chloe faces each visit with courage and creativity, especially when she plays her favorite game, “The Floor is Lava” with staff. Her favorite foods include lasagna, Starburst, and Sour Patch Kids, and she adores the movie Cinderella. “I want Chloe to be confident with herself and her speech. Shriners has gone a long way in helping us get there.” – Chloe’s mom Casey
